Rikki Hughes is a multi-Grammy and Emmy award-winning producer and show runner of comedy specials, award shows, television series, and independent features. She is currently the Executive Producer at MAGIC LEMONADE PRODUCTIONS. In 2018, Hughes was nominated for two NAACP Image Awards for Best Variety Special and won 3 Grammy's for Best Comedy Album DAVE CHAPPELLE: THE AGE OF SPIN & DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS, EQUANIMITY, THE BIRD REVELATION and STICKS AND STONES. She has also won an Emmy for Outstanding Variety Special , Dave Chappelle Equanimity. After leaving the music business, Hughes began her television career producing awards shows such as The BET 25th Anniversary Special and The BET Comedy Awards. She segued into producing stand- up series and comedy specials such as the TV One series WHO GOT JOKES? starring Bill Bellamy and the break out Katt Williams special IT'S PIMPIN PIMPIN'. Starting in 2006 and for the next decade, Hughes served as the Co-Executive Producer of TV One's nightly series BAISDEN AFTER DARK and became the go-to producer for the BET fashion and music specials RIP THE RUNWAY, and BET HONORS. Since 2016, Hughes Executive Produced DEAR MAMA, a Mother's Day special for VH1, THE ABFF AWARDS: A CELEBRATION OF HOLLYWOOD for BET, ALL DEF COMEDY for HBO, the independent feature DIGITAL LIVES MATTER, and was the show runner and Executive Producer of HOOD ADJACENT for Comedy Central.

Rikki was born in the Southern Highlands of NSW Australia, spending most her youth competing in sports, dance eisteddfods, singing and performing in live shows. During her early teens, she received a scholarship at NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Arts), and soon decided acting was her chosen field. Appearing in many commercials, music videos, and films, including five days performing on set of a James Franco film, 'Black Dog, Red Dog', 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2', TV shows, such as 'The Carrie Diaries', and short films such as 'Frank & Franklin', Rikki gained recognition in playing a serial killer in the short film 'Perdition' - Winner of Best Alternative/Independent film at Discover Awards in London, 'Slingshot' - Winner of numerous awards including Best Australian Short Film at the Bondi Beach Flickerfest, and then starring as the lead in the horror film 'Fawn'.
