Colin Milne is an actor, writer, and producer, born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon. Growing up in a small rural town, he spent a lot of his free time outdoors and seeking new opportunities in his community. Inspired by the outdoor lifestyle, Colin originally had his sights set on a career in bush aviation. When he discovered that motion sickness would be his downfall, he turned to a more artistic path, specifically in musical theatre. Inspired by the likes of Stephen Sondheim and Charlie Chaplin, he made the jump and joined his high school theatre program where he found his new career path. With a growing momentum, Colin was seen in many community theatre performances and eventually moved out of his hometown to enroll at the Canadian College of Performing Arts; to obtain his Enriched Performing Arts Diploma. He finished seven shows within three years, and was honored to be given one of the Directing Mentorship positions where he made his directorial debut. Soon after graduation, Colin moved to Vancouver where he now resides, and works in multiple areas of the industry. With a strong passion to create more inspiring and unique projects, he turned to film and writes, produces, and directs his own work. Colin is a firm believer that art can change the world, and he is humbled to be apart of the growing spectacle that is the entertainment industry.
